Tonight i don't really know what to cook, so i think ill just make some apples with sugar and cinnamon.

I'm going to peel an apple and then slice it into thin slices that aren't to thin. next i need to sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on them so they have a very thin coat. then you add the sugar. you have to add more sugar than the cinnamon. after that you mix them in a bowl so they are evenly coated and then you microwave them for 2 minutes.

they are a really healthy topping for hot cereal and stuff. you can always change the amount of cinnamon and sugar you add.

the gnocchi didn't turn out as well as i hoped it would. i boiled it by accident so it disintegrated. it took so long to cook it. the sauce thing that i made, pate a choux, turned out good. when was adding the potatoes with the cheese and sauce i needed the sauce to be warm so i decided to microwave it. bad idea. the raw egg that was in it cook around the outside so i had to redo that part. the recipe is a lot harder than the one i used before
so i have decided that instead of cooking a souffle (something that will take me several hours) i will make gnocchi. i have cooked it once before using a recipe that my teacher gave me but i have not made it the french way.

to start i need 3 to 4 medium sized potatoes, 1 cup warm pate a choux (i have no clue what that is), 1/3 a cup cheese, a 12-inch skillet of simmering salt water.

first i need to peel and quarter the potatoes. and then boil them. after that i have to put them through a ricer. we don't have a ricer, i don't think. in the end i should have 2 cups of riced potatoes.

I'm going to start with that for now and then move onto the next steps.

so today i said i would cook a souffle but i didn't get around to it. its very disappointing but their's always tomorrow. i might start off with something different that is easier and quicker than a souffle like a omelet or something. i have already made Julia Child's omelet and they are amazing. you mix the eggs together so there kind of fluffy and then you cook them, flip them, and then there done. it takes about 3 minutes to do the whole thing. i also made her crepes because i love crepes.there really good with a strawberry/raspberry filling. i find Julia Child cook book is old fashioned but i like that. see i made a soup of hers once. it was a potato soup and i needed to blend it in a food grater or something but we don't have one so instead we used the blender. it did not turn out good. the soup was not a soup, it was really weird. the soup was foamy but all the way through. it was so gross. personally, i didn't like the soup at all, the flavor and texture. there was one thing i liked. the colour. it was like a pumpkin pie colour, it came from adding carrots. i don't think tomorrow i will have time to cook the souffle but if i do have time i will, but i have all Sunday so i can cook many different things. i want to cook a cake on Sunday. I'm not to sure what kind of cake but i will find one.
